Our Local Bathing Packs are designed for those who want to make communal bathing a regular ritual.
Enjoy 10 sessions for the price of 7, giving you 30% off each visit.
Peak bathing times are Weekends 9 am - 9 pm & Public Holidays.
Your 90-minute session includes access to all Naia Bathhouse spaces. You are welcome to move freely throughout the bathhouse - in your time, your rhythm.
Move between the hot magnesium pool, Finnish-style sauna, hammam steam room (with complimentary sugar scrub), infrared sauna and cold plunge.
Slow down between bathing with complimentary Naia House Blend tea and light snacks.
There is no prescribed circuit and no right way to experience Naia. The experience is shared, but your time is your own.
Good to know before your visit:
Naia is a shared space for bathing, rest and slowing down. We do our best to keep it calm for everyone.
Please leave your phone in your locker while you bathe. It’s an easy excuse to switch off for a while.
Please be mindful of other guests and keep conversation to a gentle indoor volume.
Bring bathers. Naia is an all-gender communal bathhouse, and bathers are worn throughout the bathhouse.
Bring a non-glass water bottle. Filtered water is available for refills, and cups are also provided.
Bring your own towel or robe, or hire one when you arrive (towels $5, robes $10).
